Classic Masonry was delighted to be involved with this national award-winning scheme that took a Listed Castle façade and incorporated a new structure within its external walls to form a new community hub for the local residents and surrounding communities.
The company used the specialist Thermatec super-heated steam cleaning system on the internal face of the main external walls, together with extensive conservation and repair works to the masonry. The works also involved the complex installation of new radius steps in the spiral staircase to reinstate access to the roof.
